We all rely on our screens… but sometimes they take over. This stand-alone counseling group session offers a supportive space to explore the emotional side of technology use. Attend one week or as many as you’d like.
This week, we’ll explore how emotions like stress, boredom, loneliness, and overwhelm influence our tech habits. You’ll learn grounding and emotional regulation tools that help you respond to feelings without relying only on screens.

An evening centered around one of Alsace’s most respected producers, Maison Trimbach, family-owned since 1626 and known for wines defined by clarity, restraint, and lasting elegance.
This all-Trimbach dinner will be led by John Thuringer, returning from time at the Trimbach winery in France with firsthand perspective on the wines, the vineyards, and the family behind them.

Our Cocktail Showdown Tour will pit cocktail against cocktail.
A different drink every month! We will start the tour with a light appetizer. From there, we will visit three bars to partake in their version of the featured cocktail. As a participant, you will rate each cocktail to determine that week’s winner. During the fourth week of the month, our tour will visit the top 3 cocktails from the month to determine the ULTIMATE winner! A certificate will be provided to the winning cocktail from Sioux Falls Food Tours.
