This week focuses on setting healthy boundaries around texting, social media, work communication, and privacy. You’ll practice respectful, assertive communication and learn how to protect your time, energy, and attention.

Get ready for the excitement of the 2nd annual Sioux Empire Find The Morgan Treasure Hunt, which is set to kick off on May 22nd at midnight! At that moment, the first clue will be unveiled, leading participants on a thrilling quest to discover 12 Morgan silver dollars and a remarkable 5-pound treasure chest. Each week, a new clue will be released, guiding treasure hunters to one of the hidden Morgans, and alongside each Morgan clue, there will also be a hint for locating the treasure chest. So, prepare yourself for an adventure filled with mystery and excitement, as everything remains concealed until it is uncovered. Happy hunting!

Our Cocktail Showdown Tour will pit cocktail against cocktail.
A different drink every month! We will start the tour with a light appetizer. From there, we will visit three bars to partake in their version of the featured cocktail. As a participant, you will rate each cocktail to determine that week’s winner. During the fourth week of the month, our tour will visit the top 3 cocktails from the month to determine the ULTIMATE winner! A certificate will be provided to the winning cocktail from Sioux Falls Food Tours.

Join us for Quad TT racing at Sioux Valley Cycle Club. Riders take on a fast dirt course designed for competitive ATV racing, featuring speed, skill, and tight turns that keep fans engaged from start to finish.
This event welcomes racers of varying experience levels and offers an exciting atmosphere for spectators. Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon of dirt track action just minutes from Sioux Falls.
