ABOUT DAVID: David Higgins serves as the primary IRS contact to community, industry, and business organizations throughout Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, and Alaska. David educates on a variety of tax topics to all taxpayer groups, including employers, community groups, business resource partners and tax practitioner organizations. David began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 2010, in Taxpayer Service, education, and compliance.

During the fourth week of the month, our tour will visit the top 3 cocktails from the month to determine the ULTIMATE winner!
