SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Parker’s Bistro will transport guests to the Mediterranean with a five-course Greek Wine Dinner on Monday, June 30, featuring traditional Greek cuisine paired with wines from some of the country’s most celebrated wine regions.

The evening begins with a social hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the flavors and hospitality of Greece, with courses ranging from a traditional mezze plate and village-style horiatiki salad to fresh white fish with lemon and capers and beef souvlaki served with lemon rice and grilled vegetables.

Each course will be paired with Greek wines selected to showcase the diversity of the country’s winemaking traditions, including varietals from Santorini and mainland Greece. The evening concludes with strawberry galaktoboureko, a classic Greek pastry layered with custard, phyllo, honey, and fresh strawberries.

The five-course dinner is $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
