Wine Not? is a new monthly wine series at Parker’s Bistro, happening the second Monday of each month.
Each tasting explores a different wine region or seasonal theme, with a new selection of wines chosen for the evening. Social hour begins at 6 p.m., followed by the tasting at 6:30 p.m.
Come for the tasting, stay for dinner.

Parker’s Bistro welcomes J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines for a five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, September 16.

 The evening pairs five seasonal courses from the Parker’s kitchen with five J. Lohr wines from California’s Monterey and Paso Robles regions. Featured wines include Paperwhite Unoaked Chardonnay, Wildflower Valdiguié, Cuvée St. E, Cuvée PAU and Bay Mist White Riesling.
 The dinner marks the changing season with a menu designed around each pour, while highlighting more than five decades of J. Lohr winemaking.

Cocktail Tasting Tour

Our Cocktail Showdown Tour will pit cocktail against cocktail.

A different drink every month! We will start the tour with a light appetizer. From there, we will visit three bars to partake in their version of the featured cocktail. As a participant, you will rate each cocktail to determine that week’s winner. During the fourth week of the month, our tour will visit the top 3 cocktails from the month to determine the ULTIMATE winner! A certificate will be provided to the winning cocktail from Sioux Falls Food Tours.
