Join our first aerial yoga 4-week series to kick off 2026. In this session, you will stretch and flow using an aerial hammock for support and to enhance your stretching experience. No aerial experience is required. We recommend bring a yoga mat. Please bring leggings or pants without zippers or buttons to class. A full-length shirt is recommended. We also recommend bringing a water bottle. This gentle class is great for individuals of all ages.
This series runs on Sundays at 4:45pm from January 4- January 25. Can’t attend the full series? No worries – if there is room in the class, drop-in will be available.
