Linking the Gap invites you to our flexible 8-week counseling group for adults (18+) focused on digital mindfulness, stress reduction, and intentional living. Sessions are designed to stand alone, so you can attend any week that fits your schedule.
This week, we’ll practice slowing down automatic habits. You’ll learn simple mindfulness tools to pause before checking your phone, notice urges, and respond with more intention instead of impulse.
