Now in its ninth year, SiouxperCon has become the most anticipated fan convention in the upper Midwest. This year’s event, SiouxperCon 2024: Happily Ever After, will be held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center and Arena September 27-29th.
SiouxperCon is more than just a celebration of fandoms in a safe, educational, family-friendly, and inclusive environment. Our organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to promote literacy, STEAM education, and valuable life skills through workshops, panels, seminars, and exhibitions at our annual convention.
We are also devoted to supporting the Sioux Falls nonprofit community. To date, SiouxperCon has contributed more than $35,000 in charitable donations to charities including REACH Literacy, Make-A-Wish of South Dakota & Montana, the JY6 Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, and more.
At our 2023 convention, we hosted more than 10,000 passionate individuals and families from across the region and generated upwards of $1.9 million in business sales in the Sioux Empire through lodging, food and beverage sales, retail sales, business services, and recreation.
