DESCRIPTION:Critically-acclaimed comedian Jamie Campbell has spent the past decade turning his Midwestern charm into comedy gold on the stage and screen\, and now he’s bringing his Kinder Words national tour to Sioux Falls on Saturday\, March 21st for one night only at Lucky’s Downtown. \nFresh off of releasing a hilarious new special from Dry Bar Comedy – a skyrocketing production company that has launched big names such as Leanne Morgan and Brad Upton and helped notable comics such as Kevin Farley and Patrick Warburton reach new audiences – Jamie is hitting the road with a show that compelled critic Natalie Shaw of the Dallas Theatre Journal to call him a “comedy genius.” \nJamie is also an actor\, and his credits include appearances on shows such as NBC’s Chicago Fire\, PopTV’s Hollywood Darlings\, and the upcoming Christmas comedy Gingerbread Men. He has worked with WWE Hall of Famers including Jake “The Snake” Roberts\, has appeared in music videos for hiphop legend Tech N9ne\, and even co-starred in a Super Bowl commercial alongside Emmy-winner Kristin Chenoweth. \nCampbell has previously had an album\, Tell Me You’re Proud of Me\, reach #1 on the comedy charts and last year\, his independent special\, Big Dad Energy was named the year’s “Best Stand-Up Special” by Laugh After Dark. \nOn March 21st\, Jamie Campbell headlines the intimate Lucky’s 224 space downtown. Doors open at 7pm for pre-show cocktails and the show begins at 8.
