Plan Sponsor Roundtable is coming to Sioux Falls! If you are in a position of responsibility or authority for your company’s 401(k) or 403(b) plan, or a governmental 457 plan, this program is for you. We have helped retirement plan sponsors throughout the Midwest for the last decade, and now you can attend this quality program in Sioux Falls!
When you make decisions that impact your employees’ retirement savings (and your own), you have a lot of responsibility. Your employees are counting on you to do the right thing. And what is that? No one graduates with a college degree in running an organization’s retirement plan, and there haven’t been any organized educational programs available in most of the country to learn this. If you are like most plan sponsors, you figure it out as you go along, and hope you are doing your best and don’t get sued.
We would like to give you the insights and confidence to run your plan better through a collaborative educational experience with industry experts and your peers. If you care about your employees and want to better understand your fiduciary role and retirement plan best practices, our Foundational Fiduciary Training class is essential. Informed fiduciaries make better decisions – bring your entire retirement plan committee (even if it is just you)!
Here is some of the feedback from our recent programs:
“Fourth time attending one of these. Always come away with new ideas & information. Once I attend this class/meeting, I always want to bring more people with me to the next one.” – Lori Ann Spaulding, Benefits Administrator, People Incorporated
“Very informative & enjoyable. The panel was excellent.” – Allan Matthys, CFO, Engineered Products Co.
“I highly enjoyed the experience, learned a lot & am excited to implement what I learned.” – Bridget Graner, Employment & Payroll Specialist, Peerless Chain
Our mission is to help improve knowledge, decisions, and actions of group retirement plan sponsors through collaborative education with peers and industry specialists. This is in recognition of challenges plan sponsors have in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities, the influence employers have in helping employees with financial health, and the need to improve retirement plan outcomes for both employers and employees.
Our programs are good no matter your level of experience and knowledge with retirement plans. We often receive compliments from attendees that we don’t speak over their heads if they are new to this, and that we provide new insights for those who are experienced.
There is no cost to attend any program. Financial support is provided by organizations in the retirement plan industry who believe in our educational mission.
There is also no product sales pitch – we don’t allow those. Like the fiduciary role you may have in serving participants’ best interest, we aim to provide education that is in your best interest.
If you care to have a good retirement plan, come join our collaborative group!
