Please join us for the 22nd Annual Truck Convoy for Special Olympics South Dakota on Friday and Saturday, September 19th-20th, to celebrate the trucking industry, partners, and law enforcement working together to raise funds for Special Olympics South Dakota.
Event Schedule:
Friday, September 19th:
– Noon: Trucks can arrive anytime after and will be staged and parked on the paved lot east of the Grandstand
– 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Truck Registration
– 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Silent Auction Opens
– 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Dinner (while supplies last)
– 6:00 PM: Poker Registration Opens
– 7:00 PM: Poker Begins
– Dusk: Light Show
Saturday, September 20th:
– 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM: Breakfast
– 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Kid’s Area Open
– 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Truck Registration
– 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Opening Ceremonies
– 9:30 AM: MANDATORY Driver’s Meeting
– 9:45 AM: Lead Truck Bidding
– 10:15 AM: Trucks Line Up
– 10:30 AM: Convoy Leaves the Fairgrounds
– 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
– 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Truck Show
– Noon: Silent Auction Ends
– 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Live Auction
– 1:30 PM: Kids’ Raffle
– 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Presentation of Awards and Trophies
